GRID - v1.2 NODVD by Battery - Flawed?

I tried the v1.2 NODVD patch from Battery and found I could not launch into any Japan or Drift circuits. Has anyone else found this problem?

I did a little searching and found a post on the codemasters forum saying the NODVD patch is the cause of this problem.

Does anyone know of a way to inform Battery about this problem??

However I managed to still use either v1.0 or v1.1 NODVD to run a patched v1.2 game, I just don't know how accurate everything is......

Any comments or suggestions?

No, there are no ways to contact a cracking team. The cracking teams aren't public domanin, So you will have to use your original DVD until a better crack comes out(if it ever comes out).
If use the No-DVD for v1.0 or 1.1 on patch 1.2, you won't have the improvements brought to the game by the patch. Those are triggered by the exe files, so if you have an older exe on a newer patch, you won't get the rxtra things implemented by the new patch.
