I donīt know how to install patch,and I want install expansion.When is installation complete,itīs going to install a patch,i click cancel and it says: "Installation is not completed sucessfuly.Installation will terminate.":cry_ani:

Anybody help?

Do you have a crack installed? The update is always looking for the original exe. You also need to have either the Sims2 CD4(i think) or the DVD in drive. You can always try to patch the game manually(download the patch from EA or from www.dlh.net).

If still fails try installing the game on safe mode (hit f8 at startup).

Actually that message is linked to the game protection. If it still fails, that means only one thing;)

I ve been installed from DVD copy,and I have mini image.I forgot to mention that is looking DVD for patch,and I am installed from safe mode.It is still same.:angryfire

First off, read the rules!
When you've done that go and buy a legal copy of the game and everything will work as it should do!!
