DDR 5th Mix: Please HELP!!!

I need help badly! I have ddr5thmix and I have the .bin and .cue image all set with PPF-o-Matic. I need to know if there is something else I need to add to the files to make them run. I had the patched .bin and .cue files on the CD using CDRWin and all I got was the stupid loading screen. I have a External ModChip and again I need help PLEASE!!

P.S. a step by step in depth walkthrough through the process of extracting the files off the cd, plus how and what to burn on a blank CD would be nice too.

Not Helping! I've tried everything humanly possible. I've copyed the game CD to another disc (with CloneCD using Game CD format (ihope that is right))to bypass the protection. I've used CDRWin to extract and eventually patch the anti-modcip-protection (with PPF-O-MAtic, no doubt). I am pretty much on my last legs as I paid 60+ bucks for a game I can't play. The game CD (ddr5th mix if you forgot) is scratched but not badly scratched and I do have a CloneCD copy (again with Game CD format). Please! Some actual non-computer-literate-person term help would be most appreciated!
