Hey guys what's up. I'm a noob to this forum. I need some help installing Half life 2 on my windows 98 OS. Okay so a couple of days ago I bought HL2 from a store. when I tried to install it on my computer I got a message saying that steam would no longer work on my system, even though my computer perfectly fits the min. requirements for the game. I have tried a few emulators, like Steam buster, and I've tried to use HL_SP_install v1-4 but that didn't work. What I need is someone who can tell me what programs I can download to decrypt the iso's on my DVD and where to find a gcf decrypter. Thanks
Oh by the way. I figured out why steam is called steam instead of somethingh else. Because it's a steaming pile of @&$:eek:
