hey guys, i downloaded the ghost recon crack for backup cd, pasted the .exe over the original but when i put the new cd in it still said please insert correct cd. Im sure this a small problem but any advice would be appreciated

so you downloaded a crack put the .exe over the original?
because if you want to crack it why are you still putting the cd in the drive still?

because i burned another copy and wanted to use the backup

well did u put the crack on the original exe on the burned cd, or the directy on ur comp?

try another crack, a no-cd crack.

could be wrong version.

i copied all the files into a temp folder, then replace the original.exe with the crack and burned the cd

advice.

never burn with crack already applied.

then you loose the original .exe which you need when updating game.

instead make a crack folder on the cd and burn.

then apply crack after game is installed.

Yeh - you apply cracks after installation.
