well this happens like nealy every web page,
well it ALWAYS comes up wid refresh and i do that and it's normally fine, but on my m8's comps theirs never do that so can i do anything about it?

do this to resolve your problem.

with browser open
tools, internet options, GENERAL tab (settings) "check for newer version of stored pages" hit 'automatic'

close everything and restart if necessary.
