How do you make a trainer?

Seriously how do you make a trainer i know how to do part of it but not all of it. so yeah if you got any links for some tips or whatever then tell me plz

Trainer for what type of game?

Regular trainers for retail game write bytes to memory.

Other so called trainers, for flash games are just action script editors.
They dont write to memory, the write a variable to the control on the form playing a swf file.
