Your computer is infected with adware/spyware.
More info here:
http://www.castlecops.com/tk34225-blingads_biz_browser_optimizer.html
http://www.file.net/process/gzmrotate.dll.html
If you do not already have them installed, download an antivirus and antispyware program, do the full updates, and then do a full scan when from safe mode. (Restart computer with F8, select safe mode)
If you need some free software solutions:
Antivirus (install only 1 antivirus program): AVG (http://free.grisoft.com/), Antivir (http://www.free-av.com/)
Antispyware: Adaware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/), Spybot SD (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html), SpySweepe (http://www.webroot.com/)r (15 day trial, not free)

Download HiJackThis, either the installer or the standalone executable.
Disable the entry that has "gzmrotate.dll" next to it
Reboot in safe mode and scan away with AVG, Spybot and Ad-Aware
(Obviously update this beforehand if you can)
If you cant use windows then boot into safe mode and use a USB pen to update/install the programs I have mentioned.

Some spywares are pretty nasty and can elude some antispyware programs and auto-redownload the components and sometimes you need to use the Bruteforce
I'm not saying it the case but could be. Just in case that other remedies doesn't work. Try this
Download this (http://simplysup.com/tremover/download.html) porgram. Its really to remove nasty trojans that avs sometimes can't and it's not free But it anyways could be helpfs fo r this for an option that has and has 30 day trial enough to you remove the pest dll before the trial expires
Do this go to the system 32 folder and locate the damned dll. make right click on it and choose scan with tojan remover. It's probable that it will say that is ok but just igonre and there an option that says "delete the file (use with caution)" .make click in that. It will put a warning just ignore it and put yes it will ask to restart to remove the file put yes . When you boot again the program should pormpt a scan to remove the file you asked and remove their registry entires too
But use this only if elude the spyware programs
I have used this program in the past to remove some nasty pest my av or my antispyware sometimes failed to remove. but anyways do severeal scans with different porgrams. Every one pickups diferenets things
