Then why did it get repaired when I reinstaled windows half a year ago? Yes everything is normal, thats why I`m confused and frustrated. I got the problem again but I dont want to loose all my savegames and schoolwork and pictures, what can I do so I dont need to reinstal windows twice a year?
I dealt with this issue for a client on a Sony VIOA. The solution was to replace the monitor. Check ebay for a screen. It's a pretty simple fix, but it could cost you 100 or so dollars.

But why does it help to reinstal windows if its something wrong with the monitor? Explain what happens and why? I like to learn new things.

It probably doesn't actually help. With this laptop, it would only do it afte rbeing left on for a length of time. Turn it off, turn it on later, it was "fixed". Perhaps you're not actually fixing it, it just seems that way.

It did help:eyes: I played on the pc for about 5hours without a whit screen when I reinstaled windows but before I reinstaled I couldnt play more than maximum 30min, so I know that it did help.

As sham's said open your laptop and blow away all the dust, also take out all off your cards and clean them. And also blow your pci slots, there maybe dust there aswell

That certainly doesn't sound like it did a lick of good. If you're still have the problem after 5 hours, you're still having the problem.

I didnt get a white screen after 5hours, I just went to sleep. After I reinstaled windows I didnt get a white screen for 6months, so I have to reinstal my pc every 6month and its anoying me.

Go to desktop properties > Display Settings > Advanced > Monitor
There should be an option to modify the refresh rate there.
