Supertux game

Has anyone here has played this game on linux?

It a free open source game 2d plataformer very similar for SuperMario Bros for the SuperNES from nintendo

Some difference is that insteat of Mario your main character is a penguin (or course since it's the Linux symbol)

I liked to pass the time

I downloaded off the repositories

You must try it if you like plattaformers but don't expect the graphics of the moment and it's in 2d not 3d

EDIT I found there is also a windows executable port

I finished the game some minutes ago

It reminds my childhood when i used to play Mario bros or things like that

In the end it's noted a a sequel is planned and gave me the desire to get more off this game I looked at the net and the sequel is in development and can bet obtained I am downloading right now but is still Beta and unstable since seems it's a tech demo
