Condemned Criminal origins graphic problem

H I recentlty bought Condemned and after some problems trying to install from original DVD (some access denied crap in the installer) I finally got to install making an image in alcohol from the original

But now when I lauched actually works and i can play it but have some annoying graphics problems people heads not appearing, textures in the walls not appears, things like that. I tried lowering all graphics settings but I still have this problem

How can I fix this?

Take it your on Vista?

Since your a regular here I gues youve tried updating the game and graphics card drivers and if your system meets the min requirements?
Checked google if anyone else has a similar problem?
