hey guys..
i recently bought my xbox 360...i just want to knw that how can i rip the whole game onto my xbox 360's hard-disk like we did in the old XboX...???...

You can't. The 360 mod-scene isn't very mature at the moment (compared to the original XBOX). Mods are limited to running backups of games from the same region as the console (US backups can only be played on a US machine). You can do a google search on how to flash your 360 DVD drive to enable the mod.

There have been a couple of hacks, one of which enabling you to play copied games with XBox Live knowing.

As of yet I don't think there is a hack that allows backing up of games onto the HD.

Also 360 hacking is only achieveable on certian hardware models of XBox 360, and Microsoft are taking hacks very seriously this time round and are constantly modifying the hardware in each version of the console in hope of cutting "piracy" and hacks.

So a universal hack/mod may take a while. :)

My suggestion is that if you have live DO NOT HACK!!!!! Because they will find out and you can and probobly will be banned O.o
