bandwidth monitor

i got bandwidth monitor pro but when i go to choose my adapter it just says "software loopback interface 1" or mutiple adapters but neitehr work
im on wireless connection

but the other computer here it has the same wireless card n it works fine with that

so any1 know what the prob is or anyone have another decent bandwidth monitor
