PS1 Memory card problems

i have a Gamester 60 block (4mb) memory card but i can only access the first 15 blocks (1mb). how do i access the rest of the memory card?

no, my memory card has no buttons on it only 2 red leds.

I have a few of these aswell.
If you look on the back side of the memory card there is a black switch looking thing.
Try moving the switch to the right and wallaaa.

thanks everyone for your help but i've solved it, no switches or buttons. just hold down select and press L1 or R1
