Doesn't seem to be working properly. I replaced the .exe and it gives me the same exact "Insert DVD" error message I get with the unmodified one.

EDIT: Just tried another one. Works like a charm. (#1 at Game Copy World.)

Finally Oblivion got a new update patch ? Man a year late I thought they never gonna to release another one. I guess was only because they released the new expansion if not the patch 1.2 patch could never see the light. I haven't played the game in a while. I don't have it installed so I have lazyness to re install, out of space and used to play it with oldblivion MOD that maybe don't work with the new update

Most likely oldblivion won't work. And I think that the guy who made that soft gave up on it. Shivering Isles is around the corner. The launch is this week.
I'm still waiting for my copy of Spellforce2: Dragon Wars. Hope that won't happen with Shivering Isles and C&C3 which are to be released this week.
Next week it comes the final piece of addon for Sims2(Celebration Stuff) and the serie will finally take a break until Sims3(yeah, having a girlfriend keeps your hard drive ocuppied):D
P.S.: the unofficial patch from Balduradsh and the unofficial patch for the official mods from Quarn are solving far more problems than the new patch. Also are still work in progress, as they will continue to offer support for Oblivion and Knights of the Nine.Maybe Bethesda should hire them for support?

when I put the .exe in the oblivion folder, it gives me the Insert DVD error

Did you overwrite the file? I have Oblivion installed right now on my PC, with the TNT crack and it's working okay...

I think he must used another nocd that didn't work

I remember I used one that corrupted my game files. can't remember what cracker group was
