guys is there any free software that enables you to give an easy but detailed scan of all your system specs??? i dont like the windows system info and the dxdiag.... is there anything a lil bit more professional and better looking?

There is a program called Everest Home, which is free ands it gives you everything you require

Belarc Advisor is also free and will do the job (personally, I prefer that, although Everest is good software) ;)

another question.... do you have a nice program that can show ur cpu speed/usage/ram usage/ temperatures etc etc on your desktop.... i know pc wizard can but it lags the system down when playing games... do you have a standalone program for that?

I use SpeedFan (http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php), it detects all sensory devices in your PC, and displays it all.
When you minimise it, it shows what all the temperatues are, and it also shows what your CPU usage is, it doesn't show RAM or anything like that unfortunately.

Can i actually set with speedfan my fans to run for longer priods on my laptop Random?
Or even to increase the rpm of them a bit?
