First of all, let the edit button be your friend, and don't double post. But secondly, I don't think that patch is out yet. It will be out, but they have so many bugs to fix, like the AI (Artificial Idiocy) and the serrious lag problems. It will be out when it's done, but it currently is not available. Yes, I know that you are anxious to get your hands on it because I am as anxious as you are... even more anxious maybe. :D

It doesnt work for me... I apply all the filed in the patch and then click on the new .exe file and nothing happens. When i try the desktop shortcut to the file it says that safedisk.exe could not be found. Do i need to launch the game through gamespy directly to a server?

ok, I installed that crack. But where do I get a nocd crack also? I need one of those too, cause I dont have cd 1 anymore.

i followed the instruction as listed but it comes up with this message when i try to start a game now "Please insert correct CD-ROM, Press OK to restart applicayion" wierd... my 1.1 patch worked fine :( anyone know of any other 1.2 patches yet???

the lag problem still aint sorted even with the new patch mostly ok and get good pings but when map changes its crap, then have to wait for next map to kick in or change servers again, mohaa works sweet pity bf1942 dont.

i got the original game btw, i'll try thay crack to see if it works for me :)

I tried idx-bf12 and i get the same put in cd crap as that one guy does. So if anyone knows. please post solution

I downloaded the file from that link then updated mine to 1.2 and then followed the instructions and it works fine. At first when I would double click on the bf1942 icon it would automatically minimize itself and i would just have to go down and click it and it would pop back up and then begin as usual. then i made a shortcut to it doesnt even do that anymore, so it seems like i'm good to go. I have to put the cd in there of course, but it works. i dont really see any difference in the patch though.

um hi. im a nub at all this cracking **** and also at bf1942. (but a hard-core cs player[#2] in boston) and i burned a full 2 disk copy of bf1942 from my friend who bought teh game. Is there anyway i can get a cd key or crack that works and is not ever in use for v1.2?, other than going to the nearest game store hiring someone as a cheerleader to cheer me on while I pay for another copy of this great game?!?
