Problem with Reservoir Dogs

I have a problem with Reservoir Dogs of frame rate.
When i install the game, it is working fine. But on restarting pc and the launching the game, framerate increased.
The gameplay is running at 2x + speed and it is impossible to play..

I m uisng IBM T60 Notebook with ATI X1300 graphics card. All other late3st games like Call Of Juarez are working perfectly fine.

Can anyone help me on this?

Is it cracked or are you using your original discs?

It is working fine when i m using original disk...after that i replaced exe with reloaded crack and this problem occurs...Now even i had reinstalled the game and playing with disk, problem is still there.....
