Can one of you kind fellows help an old man out. I need to know how to install mods into a game. I just downloaded one for gta vice citty, i have it sitting on my desktop and dont know what to do with it. Thx in advance.

There probably is a readme file that comes with it ... can you include such a file (if it exists) or post the contents here so we can help you?

Is the file on your desktop an application file?
Or a zip/rar file?
Is it a bunch of files?
Whats the MOD called?
Where did you get it from? :)

Even though I don't consider this a big emergency I'll tell you this, usually mods replace old game files with new ones. Sometimes you have an installer (.exe) do it for you,m sometimes you have to replace certain files manually. If you have to do that there should be a readme telling you where to put the files. If not, then you'll probably have to just guess. Generally, there will be some similarity between the names of the files. :)
