I need little help with the prey cd key

i bought prey yesterday and entered the cd key for the prey the game(i bought the original game not a copy)but the cd key was invalid i tryed it 5 to 10 times to be sure but it was still invalid i contacted support but they say that they cant do anything to help me so can someone borrow me a cd key i couldnt find one on internet

Take your game back to where you bought it from and they'll sort you out!

was it a second hand copy? beacuse they will never never sell you a copy with an invalid cdkey....but yeah your best option is to take it back and get a replacement

First of all, we cant provide the cd key.. Sorry.
Secondly, I've never heard of the support turning ppl down like that before.
As said, exchange the game then if its a original.

This could looks impossible but happened to me too when I bought Dragonshard in Walmart the cd key that l actually never worked I noticed cd key in the manual had more characters than input field in the screen so i don't know what was the problem but I belive they put another key maybe from other game accidentally. I finished using a key generator like if were a pirate game but it wasn't I didn't wanted to contact Atari and waiting 1000 years to they give a new key. And anyways didn't cared about Multiplayer in that game since it's dead, I don't play mulltiplayer very often

On other games I have bought haven't never had this problem only in this one
