Problem with Elder Scrolls Oblivion

Every time I seem to play Elder Scrolls Oblivion (Xbox 360 version) I encounter a sound glitch. When the game is first started, the sound will stop and start over and over again. However, once the menu screen appears the sound seems to be fine, and then stuffs up again when the introduction movie plays. Though on the other hand, when I play the game the sound appears to be quite stable and no problems occur.

Nevertheless, I was curious as to why this could happen because considering that the game is new there should be no problems. So I decided to test it on another television in my house and the same sound error occurred on the other television.

Ultimately, I really do not know why this could happen because there are no scratches on the DVD and the sound configuration has been set up properly for my 360. If anyone has encountered the same problem, knows how to repair it or had something similar happen to them please reply to this thread.

Try it on a mates xbox 360 then see if the same problem occurs
It may be that at the factory there was a small error when printing the disc to cause this dude, you may be able to get a replacement from the store you bought providing you bring a proof of purchase along
