Running Titan Quest with DT or SecuRom

Hey folks I am trying to test drive TQ before relese on Tuesday and I got the full download (U N L E A S H E D ) but when I try to run it I get one of two errors
1) Run from burned DVD get error that it detected that game is being run from a back up copy and to insert orgional game disk.
2) if I run the game from Daemon Tools mount the image and either select some one or all options I get error "can not start Secure mode program will exit" or Secure mode detected.

You downloaded the game, thats illegal, against forum rules and so you wont get help with it...
