Future reference: getting anything free that you are required to pay for is illegal (e.g., downloading software, registration hacks [what you asked for], borrowing a game frome a friend, etc.) ;)

If the software costs money, once you pay the fee, you will be given an unlocking code. If it's free software, it's something you need to take up with them.
