ok peopel heres the deal my brothers running xp sp2 he installed nortans internet tools or what ever its called his trial ran out now nortans is blocking msn and games and stuff he cant port foward or disable it coz it say enter admin password and he didnt set one even if you leave blank it say password incorrect any one know how to sort it with out reformating??

Try that

If that doesn't work, look for a program called "symNRT" and that'll get rid of it ;)

ok tell us the make and model of your router and il have a look for the defult password.
and do what dip said to get rid of norton(my god i hate it).

ive personally had no problems with norton. albeit it a system resource eater before i got more RAM installed

Even I had not problems with norton. I tried all antivirus AVG, Avast, Norton, Panda, Kaspersky, etc.
But norton was and is the best for me.
