Blazing angels CD problem

so ubisoft has protected their game so well that many dvd-rw customers can't run it(me included). The game won't recognize my DVD-Rom and says the cd isn't there or needs a new CD-Key, only there isn't a CD key for offline play for blazing angels. Ubisoft was no help and of course my local game store won't take it back because its open. Any help would be nice.:graysigh:

You're saying the original cd-key doesn't work?
