Never done a mini image any clue how it works and will i be able to play bf2 v1.22 without the cd

Usually works better than the no-cd. Mostly,' cause it won't replace any file. Which allows you to use the mini-image at almost every patch(provided, that they don't update the protection).

You mount the image with a program called Daemon Tools and it simulates as though you've got the game disc in your drive.

well since my first dics is totalled i need to borrow my frineds called ea negative on sending me an additional disc.so i need to find a good program to make backups of my games any suggestions?plz i nned to play again! thx

no point anyway i will have to carry on using the disc and when the new patch comes out hope a no cd patch is out for that, Cheers anway

I've used Alcohol120% and CloneCD both and had good success. Nero also works, but you're better off with the first two ... ;)

alright i have daemon tool but my computer wont let me open the virtual drive i created for it wtf my comp is stupid!any suggestions on how to get around this?
