I have the original game. But my Cd is defect. Who can make a fixes for the new Patch. PLEASE:nervous:

Use this mini-image. Worked for me every time, including now. And if your dvd has factory problems return it to the store and ask for another one.

Thanks; downloading the mimiimage was no problem.
Is it right that Iīve to burn the image?
On CD or DVD? Wich program is most suitable?

Use Daemon Tools or Alcohol120% to mount the image in a virtual drive ... save yourself the blank media :nod:

where shoud I save the blank media. To the installationdirectory?

lol sorry ... blank media is a term to describe CD-Rs or DVD+/-Rs

When I said to save the blank media, I meant don't waste them on a mini-image

You should save the file you extract to someplace that's easy to access/remember (I have a folder on my desktop called "Game Files" that has a subfolder for each game I have a mini-image for).

Extract the files? I had tried it with Isobuster but it with many errors.

To mount the mini image is no problem. But the game dosnīt run if I try it. Message. Please insert right Disc.

There should be a readme type file that comes with the image or is on the site. Take a look at it if it's available. If there is none, make sure Emulation is on. If that doesn't work, download a program called "A-Ray Scanner" and run it while the original disc is in your drive and tell me what protection it detects.

I can make them, but I don't have the original disc, so I'm not of much use. If you take a look at this (http://www.mgforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41360) thread, it will help teach you the basics for making the files. If you have other questions, you can ask and I can see what I can do to help, but I can't legally make one for you. Also, for future reference, the "edit" button will help you not double-post, which is against the rules ;)

I've tested tha mini-maxi-image for civ4( that old image on gameburnworld and gamecopyworld).. Works fine with the new patch. of course, it is the size matter:D
