View Full Version : Map + Battle net problems

Ok so my battle net wouldnt work says ive got an invalid cd key so i thought fine i will just play element td with myself so i download element td 2.5 and put it in the maps folder and start up wc3 try to create game but element td is nowhere to be found! Help me please.

You need to put it into the maps/downloads folder.

Alternatively, you can just search for the folder 'Frozen Throne' when creating a game and it should be there. But it's easier if you keep the downloaded maps in the one place - that's what the downloads folder is for.

If you have an invalid key, that is something you need to take up with Blizzard ...

I dont have Frozen throne only ROC.
There is no downloads folder in my maps folder.
I created one but it still didnt work.

Put the map in the section that has all your other maps. If you're not sure that directory, do a search for a map you downloaded using BNet ;)

I have put the map file in with the other maps doesnt work.
The map im trying to play on is Element Td 2.5.w3x

I have downloaded 4 different maps all of them are .w3x and they arent working

WAIT!!! I think that the ".w3x" is for FT (warcraft 3 [e]xpansion) ... :doh:

It probably isn't out for ROC ... unfortunately, FT has been out long enough that most people stick to that :nod:

Sorry, buddy ... only thing I can suggest is try to download off BNet ;)
