Why Is It When I'm On this Site "ONLY" that I Get This window Coming up saying "javascript:document.write('<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Offer from toptext</TITLE></HEAD>"

Why Is This Happening

Try updating your java ... there's a banner on the top that has offers, and it probably can't load.

ahh yes Mr.Killa try that.... see if you can get into darkbows after that!!!!if that was the error you were getting when opeining the page.....
