List of which lens goes with which console

I want to get a list of which console goes with which lens: (all the consoles for each lens)

I have worked on PS2s just tradeing out parts and such the lens tho drive me nuts damn sony cant keep it simple like M$ ><

you can use all lens on all fat systems but 400a/b are V1-4 only.. others on V1-3 will require mod on the laser chasie to hit swithc in drive
