Wow... you didn' t forget any, except www.crackstore.com ,but if you didn't find it on the other ones, you probably won't on this one neither. :(

May I suggest something else...

Download ClonyXXL (find it here: http://www.softnews.ro/public/cat/3/3/3-3-10.shtml ) and with that tool, you can detect what protection there is on your CD. When you know that, you can do some search on the internet on HOW to burn games with that specific protection (I applied this tactic to some of my games for which I didn't find any crack because it was the french version, and now I have good working backups of them...)
