Emperor install problems

got this disk and i cant find a scratch but it gets partway through the install prep stuff and then crashes, any solutions?

Is it the Original disc that you are using, or a ' Back Up ' ??

I will assume the disc is original.
In that case, the best way to install is to build the disc using VD10 or some other program and then install it.
