warcraft help.....im going insane!!!!

I downloaded warcraft earlier and it came with a patch 1.18 for ROC but when I place it in the folder and load it I get a error like ordinal 569 in storm.dll?? then a msg afterwards saying I need to insert a cd? Does anyone have a no cd crack for 1.18? or am I doing something wrong here?
