problem with fifa manager patch

im trying to find out how to make no cd patches, can any1 help? ,i bought fifa mananger 2006 and its not playing it keeps saying cd/dvd emulation software detected i uninstalled all software and cleaned out my registry but still no luck, do u think a no cd patch will work?
