Hd advance and japanese games

Hello !

I have a Ps2 without any modchip but with the Hd advance.
I would like to know if it is possible to copy my original japanese game on the Hd and play it.

If no, is it possible to create an iso of this game on my pc, and then copy it on my ps2 and play it this way ?

Your post was one day old. No need to be sarcastic (it's kind of rude). If you have Alcohol120% you can backup a PS/2 game in which you legally own, but I believe you need a modchip to play backup games.

It's possible: try looking on this site: www.ps2hd.com . For a list of your games and which modes to be enabled etc...

ok, i got the Hd Advance now and i can tell that with my PAL PS2 on a Pal/Secam Tv i can :

- Play japanese and Us games (but can't copy them without a pc, HDL_dump and a IDE HDD)
(to do that, there's to ways, the legal one : putting the original cd in the dvd reader and copying it on the hdd with Hdl_dump. The illegal way, by downloading the Iso).
- Play pal games by copying them directly from my Ps2

All I need to play japanese and us games on my ps2/tv is a special peritel cable (without it, the game's in black and white :/ ).

I had a modded PS/1 (first-gen, before it became PS/X) and I remember getting a game called "Thrill Kill" and that game was awesome. It wasn't sold in the US, as it was "too violent" and I remember there was a midgit on stilts, that was my favorite character ...

haha miget on stilts?lmao.....i once played a violent game just like GTA called "manhunt" but it soon became banned because the game had no point to it but kill, kill and kill for no apparent reason :D
