how come the img code doesnt work???

and is there a way i can change the url of my forum??

to change the url of your forum you need a redirection service. the best i have forund (free) is www.da.ru with them you end up with a url like www.(yourchoice).da.ru and the only thing they ask for is a very small bar across the bottom a-la www.vdubdialogue.da.ru

www.v3.com is a better redirection service - its got loads of possible addresses you can use.
