PSP Stupid Help question

Hey guys and gals, Really sorry to be so stupid, but i am having real trouble putting any sort of "add on" on my psp. Know you need to add kxploit_1.5_psp-dev.rar to allow you to add any software made like the mp3 player. However i have no idea how to add this to my psp, as in what directory to add it to etc.(I take it it is added to your memory card) Any help would be great, and yes i can take a bit of patronising as i am quite ashamed!!

You need a memory card reader or a cable to attach your PSP to PC first.
If the card is read you'll see this:

I'm not sure though, i still need to read the nfo.
