Postal 2 error

I've got Postal 2 not the real thing Only the burnt copy. Anyway when i apply the No Cd patch to it and play either Postal 2 or the Apocalypse weekend expansion i keep getting a "DirectX 8.1 or later" error and i've got DirectX 9.0c

Does anyone know what the problem is ??

Try the real thing. MGF does not offer help with copied Games / Applications.
