Farenheit 1.1 mini image question

I have a question about Farenheit 1.1 recently bought Fareneheit installed the patch 1.1, the tetrris cpl program, the tdf file and the mini image, but sometimes the program fools the protection and sometimes the game refuses to run ( put the classic message insert original dvd) I have click like 2 or 3 times and then works why this?

Yes, these are the mystical things that can happen with complicated modern things like Computers.Maybe its a bug of some Software (Windows?)
