FEAR error.....help plz!

yea....
from what you all should know..
i installed the game properly...
then....so its time to play the game...
then...i double click FEAR in my destop...
but there is an error...
F.E.A.R has encountered an error....need to close ...
yea that window error....
how to fix it?

Hi, are you using a no-cd or cd? If a no-cd try another one.

try the troubleshooting file to see if you've got something wrong with your gfx card or if another program is interupting FEAR

Do you actually own the CD or did you illegally download the game? Downloaded games can sometimes be missing something, and could cause issues with the game. Make sure all drivers are up to date, all windows updates are current, and try a full re-install (if error persists, make note of it). If you want help solving an error, it'd be in your best interest to post what the error message says. Also, before you ask the forum for help, if you copy/paste the error into your search field in google, that can be pretty helpful in resolving whatever error you get (you may not actually need our help).

By the way, if and when you get F.E.A.R. working, it's a pretty fun game (just my $.02)
