hi,
I recently purchased barbarian invasion and it said it was possible to recruit generals. I have made a cirus maximus and made a imperial bodyguard unit and there was no general. Please help me out on this and how can you make your generals smarter? Does having them in a city with a academy help there command and managment and so on.
