Emergency Need Help On Fixing Game

Hi..i have just bought need for spped most wanted for my new 360..i do not have my console standing up or anything..but some reason it but i big scratch around my game and now everytime that it loads it freezes..i need something that will fix it ASAP!!! please help me and tell me what i can do to fix this scratch..

P.S. I have tried toothpaste..doesnt work..

Your mistake was to rush out and buy the 360 so soon after launch date (never will I ever do sucha foolish thing!).

Anyway, to fix your mistake you can call the 360 support helpline and they should send out a replacement, you can also return the game tell 'em its mucked up and return the 360, tell em its also mucked up an dyou wan't your money back.

You could try cleaning the thing with alcohol, but the 360 is known to scratch cd's (say wha!?) in the drive so yeah, your 360 is a defect.

I also recommend to bring your X-Box 360 back, with that reason.
