Okay I had a problem with madden 2006 cds so I luckily backed up the cds to my hd, I have three seperate folders, one for each disk and each one has retained its folder structure, now is it possible to install to my hd from these folders on my HD, my problem is that I run the setup from the disk 1 folder but it then asks to insert disk 2 into the c: drive after it gets to around 33% so the first folder is fine, I hit enter but it keeps asking me, it cannot detect the second cd so how do I make it detect the second and third cds. does the name of the folder matter because I do not know the root name of the madden nfl 2006 cds.

any thoughts please help me much appreciated.

I dont think there is a way around this. Try mounting the disks in Daemon or Alcohol. When prompted for the next disk, can you enter the path to the disk, or does it just say 'Insert Disk 2'? If you can enter a path, then type in the folder of the next disk.

If that doesn't work, just install from the original CDs.

You could use a program like isobuster or winiso and make three iso's from each cd folder on the harddrive.

Once the iso's have been created, mount each iso in daemon or alcohol and let the installation begin. When it asks for the next cd just mount the next iso in daemon or alcohol (keep the same program each time)

that is exactly what I did and it work perfectly thanks so much, now the only problem, I cannot find a no cd fix, apparently there is not one, I do not know how to make a mini-image.
