need help with ABC bit torrent client, it says connection time exceeded or something.

Ok heres the deal, I'm running ABC bittorent client and it says that I am rejected by tracker because my connection limit has been exceeded and something about me only leeching from one place at a time.

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IT MEANS!!! HOW CAN I FIX THIS PLEASE!

I would advice that you use Utorrent (www.utorrent.com). It's free,fast and extrmely small..

thats not a major problem, a torrent can still complete even when it says that. However if left open for say a day or so and it HASNT started downloading then possibly the tracker has abandoned the torrent, chaning your bit torrent client will NOT effect this. it is tracker related.
as the info u give isnt exact there is another explanation, youve seigned up to a website, they have a upload more than u download quota and uve downloaded too much an so they are waiting to u upload and therefore SHARE other torrents untill you reach a point where u can download again, assuming u got this torrent from one of them type of sites.
