antiblaxx v.1.16 help

hey guys
i installed antiblaxx 1.16 and after that i overwrite the antiblaxx exe with the new one which comes with the conflict global storm game called ccd-zant.rar
after that i ran the antiblaxx but the game still askin for cd/dvd
and the game doesnt work
if someone can help me ill appriciate
