Rocol tanks could not find lemony snicket! can someone help please!!

Thankyou for your mess Rocol could not find lemony snick on game faqs, i am stuck on tower stairs done grapple as far as can but at stage where the stairs collaspse if you touch them and nothing to grapple been through moving crates etc now stuck on stairs can't figure it out oh dear !:doggy:
