Please can anyone help with lemony snicket

I can not get up the stairs in the tower i have done the moving boxes and got grapple tp pull me up stairs but there is one where the stairs collaspse if you try to jump or walk and nothing to grab on can someone please help !:grinangel

Thanks for reply but i could find nothing in walkthrough it said no game there unless i looked wrong so i am still stuck ha ha !:redlaugh:
