pcxs2 problems

i downloaded pcsx2 v2.0.8.1 or somthing lik that and set it up but when i try to play a game it gives me a prob with the bios folder it says it needs the program to run but theirs nothing in their and i put both the pcsx2.exe and game in the folder to see if it would help but didnt any ideas?

you need a original bios file for this emu... but we cannot help you because the RULES (http://www.mgforums.com/rules/rules.php)

alright ive found the bois folder downloaded it and installed it i ran it and it said bois executed complete or somthing lik that and nothing else so i wanted then hit buttons to see it anything would happen..nothing did. when i run it now all i get is a black screen and nothing happens.
