View Full Version : Very reduced quality in DVDShrink

I have a 7.7 gig movie and since DVD-9 disks are so damn expensive, i decided to make it DVD-5.
I used dvd shrink for the proccess but it compressed it to 54 % (!) .
It wasn't really much suprising, and though that the quality is still quiet good, i was wondering if there any other way to transfer DVD-9 into DVD-5 and to keep the quality as high as possible. Tanx ahead. :aok:

Tinker with the settings on DVDShrink, i'm pretty sure there are some about compression. Also try googling dvd compression, your sure to find something.

Managed by my self... used one of doom9's excellent guides and burned it on 2 X 4.7gig disks.
