Where can I get a PS1(PSX) emulator as well...

I just wana ask you guys where can I find a PS1(PSX) emulator and a ROM of Smackdown! 2 Know Your Role I have the original disk but it's very scratched so my PS1 nor my PS2 won't play it as well as my PC so if any one knows where I can find a ROM and emulator please.
